We are very lucky to have such a spacious Restaurant & Bar.
Our focus remains on being a relaxed place to eat and drink with a focus on the best wild Irish fish we can buy.
We will be following all the guidelines and our staff have been fully trained regarding the new rules and regulations for the preparation and service of food and drinks.
Matt the Thresher has always maintained the highest standards of food hygiene and safety. Along with regular inspections by the HSE, we also employ an independent food safety company to ensure we operate and achieve those standards consistently.
We have made a number of changes to protect both you and our staff going forward. We have installed hand sanitisers. We have reduced the number of tables in the restaurant. The menu has been reduced due to new physical distancing protocols, but over time we will increase it.
Toilet facilities will be regularly maintained with a member of staff specifically assigned for cleaning & to regulate numbers. All high touch area will be cleaned every few minutes.
